1.Participation token
- The participation token is fully refundable.
- It stays valid for 6 months. If you do not win, it stays available for other auctions.
- If you win, it is adjusted against the price of the Lot.
2.When you get your token back
- Automatically, when the token expires after 6 months.
- Earlier, on request, as long as you are not the highest bidder in a live auction or have an unpaid win. [Confirm this condition]
- Refunds go only to your own verified bank account, never to anyone else's.
- Refunds are processed within [number of working days].
3.EMD refunds

4.When a token is forfeited
If you win a Lot and do not pay the balance within the deadline, your token is forfeited and your bidding is paused for 3 months.
5.If an auction is cancelled
