What is the participation token?
A refundable amount you pay once to start bidding. It stays valid for 6 months, and if you win, it is adjusted against the price.
When do I get my token back?
If you do not win, your token stays available for other auctions and is refunded automatically when it expires, or earlier on request. Refunds go only to your verified bank account.
Why do I need eKYC?
It keeps every auction genuine. You complete it once, and it works for all auctions on Sreera.
Can I see the asset before bidding?
Yes. Book a visit by appointment any time before the auction closes, and our team will meet you there.
What happens after I win?
The seller confirms the result, you pay the balance within the deadline, and Sreera handles the documents, transfer and handover.
What if I win and do not pay?
Your token is forfeited and bidding is paused for 3 months, so auctions stay fair for everyone.
Can I sell my assets through Sreera?
Yes. Banks, finance companies, dealers, builders, businesses and owners can request a callback below, and our team will explain the process.
